Position Summary

The Unit Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring quality patient care, while enabling medical and nursing staff to work efficiently and in compliance with facility policies and procedures. Utilize your efficiency, organization, and excellent communication skills to maximize unit outcomes working in the role of the Unit Clerk.

Posted Salary RangeUSD $18.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.Wage CommensurationThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical and select administrative services that facilitate unit operations
  • Support the delivery of care to patients/ residents requiring care including administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, maintaining patient charts, completing various reports, and other related duties.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
Qualifications & Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D required.
  • Previous clerical or unit clerk experience or student nurse experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation required
