Job description

Position : Learning & Development Associate Customer Service

Location : Baltimore Maryland
Required to report to Canton or Merriweather Maryland at least once per month.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree plus 2+ years of training/facilitation experience OR Bachelor s degree waived with 4 additional years of relevant experience
Experience delivering:
o Instructor-Led Training (ILT) / in-person training
o Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT)
Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Background
Prior experience within:
o Health insurance
o Insurance operations
o Customer service training environments
Insurance industry knowledge is highly valued
Training Environment
Facilitate classes of approximately 15 25 learners
Training programs generally run 8 10 weeks
Ensure consistent learner engagement and training quality
Ideal Candidate/ Candidates with backgrounds such as:
