Job description

Job Title: Training Associate Location: Concord, NC Compensation: $30.00 - $39.30/hr Contractor Work Model: Onsite Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm Type: Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent Overview The Training Associate will supplement the Concord site L&D Team and is responsible for supporting the creation, coordination, and implementation of learning solutions for the Concord, NC manufacturing site. The L&D Associate will partner with other L&D associates to perform ServiceNow requests, manage functional area Training Matrices, support training material creation and revision, and assist with the management of requests received via the team email address. Responsibilities

  • Support the management and maintenance of functional area training matrices, including updates, revisions, reviews, and approvals within QDocs
  • Assist with course and curricula periodic reviews to maintain training compliance and effectiveness
  • Run LMS reports to support quality investigations, reporting requests, and site training metrics
  • Monitor and respond to site L&D team email requests, escalating or resolving requests as appropriate
  • Support ServiceNow requests related to instructor-led training classes, course retirements, curricula assignments, and due date extensions
  • Coordinate instructor-led training activities, including scheduling, room reservations, visitor registration, rosters, and training surveys
  • Assist with contractor learning plan activation and curricula assignment management
  • Support the creation, revision, and maintenance of training materials, including OJTs and instructor-led training content
  • Participate in training streamlining initiatives, including assignment profile updates, functional area mapping, assessment mapping, and curriculum architecture projects
  • Organize and maintain training data, process metrics, and survey feedback results
  • Collaborate with site teams to improve and update training programs based on feedback and operational needs
  • Support ongoing site manufacturing milestones and global learning initiatives to ensure uninterrupted training operations
Requirements
  • Experience supporting Learning & Development, training coordination, or training administration functions
  • Experience managing training records, curricula, or training matrices in a regulated environment
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and reporting functionality
  • Experience supporting ServiceNow requests or similar workflow management systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience coordinating instructor-led training sessions and training logistics
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and training records
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
