Job description

Job Title: Onsite Manager (Bilingual: Spanish & English)
Schedule: 7 days a week, 12-hour shifts (includes overtime pay)
Location: Requires frequent travel and the ability to relocate for extended periods (housing/domicile provided if needed)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Onsite Manager to oversee daily operations and manage a team of 20+ employees. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English and capable of handling logistics, employee coordination, and operational demands while traveling or during temporary relocation assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of 20+ employees

  • Conduct safety trainings and enforce safety compliance

  • Create and manage employee schedules

  • Travel for extended periods and relocate as required (housing provided if necessary)

  • Complete and verify daily/weekly employee timecards

  • Order supplies, tools, and consumables to support operations

  • Oversee all onsite logistics and operational needs

  • Recruit, interview, and assist in onboarding new employees

  • Maintain communication with upper management regarding work progress, staffing, and site issues

  • Ensure a productive, safe, and compliant work environment

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

  • Experience managing teams of 20+ employees

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Ability to travel frequently and relocate for extended periods

  • Knowledge of safety standards and ability to conduct safety trainings

  • Experience with scheduling, timekeeping, and administrative coordination

  • Ability to manage logistics and work independently with minimal supervision

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous onsite, field management, or operations management experience preferred
