Job description

We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator job in Kernersville, NC! This is a temp to hire, fully on-site position. In this role you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient daily operations. This role assists with front office activities, document management, shipping paperwork, training records, and general office organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and a wiz in Excel. You must be able to create and use advanced functions in Excel.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate visitor schedules, interviews, and meetings
  • Maintain visitor logs and records
  • Prepare and organize meeting materials and documentation
  • Assist with employee onboarding and office events
  • Prepare and print shipping documents and labels
  • Maintain production, shipping, and other operational records
  • Organize and maintain training and onboarding documentation
  • File and track compliance, safety, and employee records
  • Manage office supplies and assist with ordering
  • Perform filing, scanning, document control, and record maintenance
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and follow established processes
Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
