Role Summary:

The Office Administrator [Contract] will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing administrative support and managing front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to interact with executive-level professionals with confidence and professionalism.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Management:
    • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
    • Manage incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately, and taking accurate messages when necessary.
    • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects our company's professional image.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to executives and other team members as needed.
    • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
    • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
    • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Act as a liaison between internal departments and external contacts.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
    • Assist in the coordination of office events, meetings, and conferences.
Workplace Flexibility:

Compensation
