Job description

At CelLink, we're redefining how advanced electrical systems are manufactured for the world's leading AI data centers, electric vehicles, and aerospace applications.
As a Process Technician, you'll play a critical hands-on role in bringing new manufacturing processes from prototype into high-volume production. Working side-by-side with Process Engineers, you'll help scale next-generation manufacturing technologies by operating advanced equipment, supporting engineering builds, collecting process data, troubleshooting manufacturing challenges, and helping launch new production lines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Partner with Process Engineers to support process characterization, optimization, validation builds, and manufacturing scale-up from New Product Introduction (NPI) through High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
  • Operate advanced manufacturing equipment used to produce CelLink's flexible interconnect technologies.
  • Support engineering builds, process validation activities, and production launches to ensure new products are successfully transitioned into manufacturing.
  • Collect, organize, and document process data including yield, cycle time, defect trends, and other key manufacturing metrics.
  • Assist in developing and improving process documentation, manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and equipment recipes.
  • Help transfer new manufacturing processes to production teams by supporting operator training and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and provide hands-on support during equipment startup, process development, and production ramp activities.
  • Travel up to 25% to support manufacturing launches and engineering activities at CelLink's high-volume production facility.

Experience/Education
  • Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline. Relevant industry experience or technical certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or production environment, preferably within the automotive, aerospace, electronics, semiconductor, or other high-tech manufacturing industries.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Hands-on experience operating manufacturing or production equipment in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience supporting process development, engineering builds, manufacturing scale-up, or new product introductions.
  • Proficiency using hand tools, measurement equipment, electronic test equipment, and standard manufacturing tools.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and process-related issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to accurately collect, document, and communicate technical information.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable following detailed manufacturing procedures and engineering instructions while working independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient with basic computer applications for data entry, documentation, and process tracking.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

Work Environment
