Built 2 Move Chiropractic is a fast-growing sports performance and rehabilitation clinic located in Montrose, CA. We specialize in helping active individuals, athletes, and golfers move better, recover faster, and perform at their highest level. Our facility features a cutting-edge 3D Motion Capture Lab used for biomechanical analysis, golf swing optimization, athletic performance assessment, and injury prevention. We partner with gyms, sports organizations, golf clubs, and community events to bring high-value performance services directly to the people who need them.
Position Overview

We are hiring a Motion Lab Business Development Specialist responsible for generating new opportunities, building community partnerships, and converting leads into booked Motion Lab sessions. This role is 100% commission-based and ideal for individuals motivated by performance-based earning potential. This is an eat what you kill opportunity your income is directly tied to your ability to create relationships, generate interest, and close business. There is no cap on earning potential.
Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with local gyms, studios, golf facilities, and athletic organizations.
  • Secure workshops, demo days, and outreach events.
  • Represent Built 2 Move at community and performance events
  • Generate leads for Motion Lab sessions
  • Follow up with prospects and convert bookings
  • Maintain pipeline communication and reporting
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership on growth initiatives
