What You’ll Do

50% – Daily Responsibilities

  • Review Zoning Information
  • Manage entitlements
  • Site due diligence (legal, environmental, geotechnical, Market analysis

40% – Weekly Tasks

  • Analyze Labor and logistics
  • Create preliminary site layout
  • Autho preliminary proforma

10% – Everything Else

  • Review existing and potential incentives & tax implications
  • Securing debt and equity partners
