Job description

The Role within Confido Network

Confido Network is a fast-growing affiliate and media network connecting high-quality publishers with licensed sportsbook and casino operators across the US, UK and international markets. We focus on transparent commercial structures, strong publisher relationships, and sustainable long-term growth.

We are building a senior Business Development function that owns real revenue outcomes, not just conversations or activity.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to source, negotiate, and close new commercial partnerships in the US and Canada. This role is designed for someone who wants full ownership of pipeline and revenue, with a compensation structure that directly rewards over-performance.

Qualified candidates may only reside in the following states: CA, CO, FL, MD, MN, NJ, NY, PA or TN

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and close new publisher and commercial partner relationships
  • Own the full Business Development lifecycle from prospecting through to signed, live deals
  • Build and manage a consistent and healthy revenue pipeline
  • Drive new business revenue month-on-month against clear targets
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation
  • Maintain accurate commercial records, forecasts, and pipeline reporting
  • Stay informed on affiliate, media, and iGaming market trends
  • Ensure all partnerships align with Confido's compliance and quality standards
Your Skillset:
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Commercial Sales
  • Comfortable owning and being accountable for revenue targets
  • Strong commercial instincts and negotiation skills
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, media, iGaming, sports, or performance-based partnerships preferred
  • Self-starter who works effectively in a remote environment
  • Highly organized and data-literate in pipeline management
  • Confident engaging senior external stakeholders
