Skilled Trades Sourcer


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Skilled Trades Sourcer to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on sourcing and identifying top talent for skilled trades positions, such as electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians in a high-volume talent agency environment. You will be responsible for leveraging job boards and various sourcing platforms to build a pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring the timely delivery of quality hires for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing Candidates:
    • Actively search and source skilled trades candidates using job boards such as Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn.
    • Utilize advanced search techniques, Boolean searches, and platform tools to identify qualified candidates.
  2. Candidate Outreach:
    • Conduct outreach to potential candidates via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  3. Pipeline Management:
    • Maintain an updated pipeline of active and passive candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Monitor and track candidate engagement, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  4. Screening & Pre-Qualification:
