Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Talent Sourcer opportunity in McLean/Richmond, VA with a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities for Talent Sourcer include but are not limited to:

· Partner with recruiters and business, group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs

· Manage the top-of-funnel recruiting process to achieve hiring deliverables. This will include alignment with recruiters on talent profile, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews

· Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners

· Source stellar candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market

Candidates for Talent Sourcer must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Likely source for Business Analyst talent or Product Talent to a mid-level or director level.

· Create Top-of-funnel candidate pipelines.

· Craft complex Boolean Searches and utilize LinkedIn Recruiter.

· They will Source candidates by utilizing AI tools.
