Shift: Location: 3100 Easton Sq Pl Columbus, OH 43219

Duration: 9 months

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: 8am - 4pm OR 9am - 5pm

Interview Process: 1 round virtual one round onsite

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years of in depth sourcing / recruiting from any industry
  • Experience using creative ways to search such as Google X Rays, etc.
  • Ability to work independently

Job Description:

NetJets is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Professional Sourcer to support our growing pilot recruiting organization. This individual will be responsible for proactively identifying, researching, and delivering qualified pilot candidates to the recruiting team. This position is heavily focused on advanced sourcing strategies and talent mapping, rather than candidate relationship management or full-cycle recruiting. The ideal candidate is an independent, reliable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving difficult talent acquisition challenges through creative sourcing techniques.

Day to Day:

  • Proactively identify and source qualified pilot candidates through traditional and non-traditional channels.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing methods including Google X-Ray searches, Boolean search techniques, Reddit, aviation forums, industry associations, social media platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other talent intelligence tools.
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for current and future pilot hiring needs.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify passive candidates across commercial, corporate, military, and regional aviation sectors.
  • Accurately document candidate information and sourcing activity within the applicant tracking system.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand hiring priorities and provide high-quality candidate leads.
  • Continuously explore new sourcing channels and strategies to improve pipeline quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain a high level of organization, urgency, and consistency while managing multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
