Job Title:Senior Technical Project ManagerRequisition ID:R027531Job Description:

Mission:

The Senior Technical Project Manager will drive the planning, coordination, and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives within the Marketing Technology organization. This role partners closely with Product, Design, and Engineering (front-end and back-end) teams to translate marketing and business objectives into scalable, high-quality digital solutions that power customer engagement and growth. You will ensure alignment across stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and measurable outcomes while enabling seamless collaboration between creative and technical teams. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, balance speed with quality, and drive execution across integrated product and engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional Marketing Technology initiatives, ensuring alignment from concept through launch and post-release optimization

  • Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, and Studio stakeholders to shape strategy, define priorities, and translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions

  • Lead roadmap planning and execution across a portfolio of Martech platforms and digital experiences, balancing speed, quality, and business impact

  • Establish and optimize Agile practices across teams, driving predictable delivery, continuous improvement, and high-performing team dynamics

  • Orchestrate execution across distributed teams, including multiple studios by proactively managing dependencies, aligning priorities, and removing blockers

  • Act as the connective layer between creative, product, and engineering teams, ensuring seamless translation of ideas into high-quality user experiences

  • Champion an iterative delivery model, driving MVP launches, experimentation, and continuous enhancement based on user and stakeholder feedback

  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and trade-offs, and drive timely decision-making in partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams

  • Own stakeholder communication at all levels, providing clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes while influencing alignment and decisions

  • Define and track success metrics, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable impact against marketing and customer engagement goals

  • Build and scale strong cross-functional relationships across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Studio teams to enable efficient, cohesive execution

  • Drive operational excellence by evolving project management frameworks, tools, and processes to support scalability and long-term team effectiveness

Player Profile:

  • 7+ years of experience in project or program management within technical or digital product organizations, ideally supporting Marketing Technology or customer-facing platforms

  • Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Design, and Engineering (front-end and back-end) teams

  • Strong experience working in Agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies, with a focus on predictable and iterative delivery

  • Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and a bias toward execution

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

  • Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple levels, including leadership, product, and studio partners

  • Highly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities

  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Studio teams

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within Marketing Technology ecosystems, including campaign management platforms, CMS, personalization tools, or customer engagement systems

  • Experience partnering closely with creative and design teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences

  • Familiarity with front-end and back-end development concepts, APIs, and system integrations

  • Experience supporting multi-studio or distributed team environments, with an understanding of cross-team dependencies and release coordination

  • Track record of delivering customer-facing digital products or marketing-driven experiences at scale

  • Experience driving experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, feature rollouts, iterative releases)

  • Strong understanding of release management, QA processes, and go-to-market coordination

  • Experience improving team processes, workflows, and tooling to drive efficiency and scalability

  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or equivalent are a plus
