  • This role serves as a senior Technical Program Manager and Delivery Leader, sitting at the intersection of client services, strategy, design, and engineering to ensure complex digital initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope while driving operational efficiency across the organization.
Job Summary
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital projects including website builds, CMS implementations, marketing technology platforms, and custom applications
  • Oversee budget management, timeline tracking, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent client engagements ranging from small incremental projects to multi-million dollar builds
  • Run status reporting and maintain visibility into key metrics including hours tracking, burn reports, and milestone progress
  • Translate technical concepts and project status into clear business language for executive and client stakeholders
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams spanning creative, development, data, analytics, and media functions
  • Mentor and provide day-to-day direction to a junior Technical Project Manager, delegating tasks and supporting their development

Minimum Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of Technical Project Management or Technical Program Management experience
