Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans and lead projects from conception and planning through implementation and deployment.
  • Contribute to the development of project strategies, processes, and resource plans.
  • Manage project schedules and task execution using project management tools, including status reports, tracking charts, checklists, and scheduling software.
  • Drive cost, schedule, and performance objectives for equipment and deliverables supporting internal and external customers and global vendors.
  • Participate in and support cross-functional design teams composed of internal, external, and matrixed resources to achieve project goals.
  • Provide technical input and guidance to team members to support successful project execution.
  • Interface with internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, supply chain, and business teams to drive supply chain projects supporting the AGS business unit.
  • Identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation and resolution plans.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, project management, engineering, or supply chain management.
  • Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • Some engineering/technical background with experience in the semiconductor industry and/or supply chain management is preferred
  • Strong program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a technical or manufacturing environment.
  • Preferred experience with semiconductor components including OEM components, process power systems, build-to-print parts, advanced materials, and mechanical or electrical assemblies.
  • Experience working with global suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills in a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret large datasets, synthesizing insights and effectively presenting findings to senior executive leadership

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
