Reporting to the Manager of Engineering Operations, the Technical Project Manager will manage planning, development, and delivery of AGS projects and collaborate with Project and Program Managers to deliver products with dependencies across teams. The Senior Technical Project Manager will also mentor other Technical Project managers on the Engineering Operations team.
Responsibilities
  • Take high-level directives and work with stakeholders to define product requirements
  • Manage software development projects from planning through approval and deployment ready
  • Work with Program and Project Managers to deliver complete products including Hardware, Software and Games
  • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks/impacts
  • Coordinate dependencies across internal and external development teams
  • Communication of project status tailored to various audiences' required level of detail
  • Optimization of project schedule and resource allocation
  • Create metrics measuring effectiveness of project planning, development, and PM process
  • Facilitate decisions, track action items, and maintain a change log
  • Support and implement continuous improvement

Skills/Requirements
  • 8 + years of experience as a Project Manager required
  • Bachelor or Master of Science degree preferred
  • Expert analytical and technology skills
  • Superior attention to detail with strong communication skills (verbal and written) and organizational skills
