Job Title: Technical Project Manager (Enterprise Software & Solutions)
Role Overview
Abu we are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex technical initiatives from conception through successful completion. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between technical engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration, rigorous risk management, and alignment toward common program goals.
This is a high-impact project leadership role requiring strong communication skills, deep proficiency in modern project management tools, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams. You will develop detailed project plans, monitor resource allocations and forecasting, enforce quality standards, and drive continuous process improvements. If you excel at eliminating impediments and delivering complex technical solutions on time and within scope, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
• Lifecycle Management: Lead complex technical projects from initial conception, scope definition, and resource allocation through final delivery and deployment.
• Detailed Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependency mappings, and resource forecasts using tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
• Agile Integration: Facilitate cross-team collaboration and communication to mitigate dependencies, promote continuous integration, and ensure synchronization across multiple work streams.
Risk & Quality Management
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery and minimize operational disruption.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee project quality standards through rigorous validation processes, ensuring deliverables meet enterprise performance and reliability benchmarks.
• Impediment Resolution: Apply strong problem-solving skills to manage and resolve blockers, providing clear status reports tailored to multiple organizational levels.
Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement
• Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the central communication link for project stakeholders, managing expectations and translating technical concepts for executive audiences.
• Vendor Coordination: Oversee external partner relationships and vendor performance to ensure collaborative and effective delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing optimization of project management processes, methodologies, and tooling to enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience Baseline: 5+ years of progressive professional experience managing complex technical projects and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Technical Mastery:
• Proven proficiency with enterprise project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana).
oStrong command of project financials, resource forecasting, actualization monitoring, and capacity planning.
oDemonstrated expertise in risk management frameworks and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams; strong conflict resolution and leadership capabilities.
Preferred Attributes
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
• Prior experience managing vendor-integrated technical projects in fast-paced corporate environments.
