This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation, scalability, and continuous improvement of a cloud-based platform built with Vue3 and Laravel.
You will manage day-to-day technical support activities, work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and help drive strategic improvements to the platform while ensuring alignment with compliance and security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Support Management
  • Lead and coordinate daily support operations for the cloud-hosted web application.
  • Create and maintain support plans, service-level agreements (SLAs), and issue-tracking documentation.
  • Ensure timely resolution, escalation, and communication of incidents, risks, and technical dependencies.
  • Manage small to mid-scale enhancement projects from planning to execution.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work in partnership with the Main Project Manager to define project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with Azure Experts to manage and optimize the infrastructure (Azure App Services with Vue3 & Laravel).
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure clear, consistent communication and aligned goals.

System Stability & Performance
  • Monitor system performance, reliability, and health using appropriate tools and processes.
  • Drive improvement initiatives to optimize system scalability, resilience, and security posture.
  • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis, contributing to system recovery and future prevention strategies.

Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure operations comply with relevant security, data protection, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on operational best practices, governance frameworks, and risk management protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience managing support or development projects for cloud-hosted applications, preferably on Microsoft Azure.
  • Prior exposure to web application frameworks like Vue.js and Laravel is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of Azure App Services, application monitoring tools, and DevOps processes.
  • Familiarity with modern web infrastructure, including front-end frameworks, back-end services, and APIs.
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based security, compliance, and data governance principles.
  • Strong command of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficient in project management tools like Jira and Zenhub.
  • Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
