Position:- ServiceNow Technical Project Manager

Location: USA - Remote

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Type: Contract

Rate: Market Rate

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of IT experience and a strong combination of Project Management (60%) and Technical Leadership (40%).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects.
  • Manage project planning, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership, solution design, and architectural guidance.
  • Lead ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) initiatives.
  • Oversee ServiceNow integrations, technical design, scalability, security, and performance.
  • Manage distributed teams and collaborate with architects, developers, business teams, and stakeholders.
  • Drive stakeholder communication, governance, issue resolution, and project delivery.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience.
  • Strong ServiceNow Project/Program Delivery experience.
  • Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow FSM and EAM.
  • Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
  • Strong technical leadership and solution design skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder and customer management experience.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CIS-FSM, ITIL v4, PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM.
