We're looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from kickoff to completion. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, driving results, and making a meaningful impact on every project.


What You'll Do:
As a Project Manager, you'll be the quarterback of the project team, guiding projects through planning, execution, and closeout while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule goals are achieved.

Your Impact:

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through final completion
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and scopes of work
  • Manage contracts, permits, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
  • Monitor project costs, financial performance, forecasting, and invoicing
  • Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Work closely with Superintendents to coordinate field operations and project schedules
  • Resolve challenges proactively to keep projects moving forward
  • Oversee project closeout, owner turnover documentation, warranties, and final project reconciliation
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and above expectations

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, clients, and project stakeholders
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Design-build construction experience
  • Estimating or preconstruction experience
  • Experience with project forecasting, financial reporting, and change order management
  • Experience managing commercial, industrial, municipal, or design-build construction projects
