Job description

Overview

CTG is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Project Manager to support a major enterprise data modernization initiative, including a TABI to Snowflake migration and enterprise data platform upgrades.

Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 7 months

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise infrastructure and data platform projects (PMLC/TDLC)
• Drive planning, scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and milestone management
• Manage large-scale data replication initiatives from on-prem systems to cloud data warehouses (Snowflake)
• Oversee modernization initiatives including storage upgrades and containerized Db2 workloads on OpenShift
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and governance in a regulated financial services environment
• Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance, risk, and compliance standards
• Utilize enterprise tools including Rally, Clarity, ServiceNow Release Management, and MS Project

Required Skills

• PMP or SAFe certification required
• 6+ years of experience in enterprise project management (infrastructure or data governance programs)
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Experience with enterprise tools (Rally, Clarity PPM, MS Project, ServiceNow)
• Working knowledge of:

  • Data replication (CDC, IIDR, EDL tools)
  • Kafka event streaming
  • Snowflake and AWS cloud environments
  • Oracle, DB2, and SQL databases
  • Red Hat OpenShift container platform
    • Strong understanding of banking/financial services data governance, risk, and regulatory compliance
Preferred Experience

• Large-scale cloud migration or data warehouse modernization programs
• Enterprise infrastructure or platform engineering project leadership
• Financial services or regulated industry experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• PMP or SAFe certification required
