Summary
 
The IT Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for ensuring IT and OT infrastructure projects and services are delivered in an adequate, reliable, and consistent manner at the assigned site. The role supports the Site IT Lead by managing and coordinating complex and smaller IT-OT infrastructure projects and requests, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with business objectives and technical requirements. The role interacts with global IT infrastructure teams, local site stakeholders, and external IT service providers.
 
Responsibilities
  • Act as project manager and coordinator supporting the Site IT Lead for IT-OT infrastructure projects and requests.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver infrastructure projects and requests on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Interact with global IT infrastructure, local site stakeholders, and external IT service providers for infrastructure-related matters (data center, network, end-user client management and support).
  • Cooperate with IT-OT Security & Compliance, Infrastructure Architecture, and Site and IT PMO teams to ensure operational efficiency and IT service delivery compliance.
  • Manage site infrastructure demand and project portfolio, including prioritization of IT and OT demands, global infrastructure initiatives, security initiatives, and change requests in line with established governance and processes.
  • Attend Infrastructure CAB meetings as the site representative and ensure scope, impact assessments, and prioritization for changes are defined and communicated.
  • Develop project charters outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Lead project teams to deliver infrastructure solutions including servers, networks, storage, and cloud technologies.
  • Coordinate all phases of project delivery, including design, implementation, testing, and handover to operations.
  • Act as the primary contact for stakeholders on infrastructure-related matters.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings including kick-off, status, and review meetings.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and ensure financial controls.
  • Monitor project expenses and report cost variances.
  • Maintain project documentation including plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Report on project progress, KPIs, and outcomes to senior management.
Required Skills
  • IT and OT infrastructure project management is mandatory
  • Prior experience working with data center, network, end-user client management, and infrastructure support environments.
  • Strong hands on experience in Project planning, execution, and coordination
  • Ability to work with IT-OT Security & Compliance, Infrastructure Architecture, and PMO teams.
