The Role
Our Project Management team is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support day-to-day project management across entertainment marketing campaigns. With a strong understanding of agency workflows, social media marketing, and TV and film campaign execution, you will help keep projects organized, moving, and aligned across teams.
The ideal candidate brings agency-side experience supporting social campaigns for entertainment clients. You are comfortable managing tasks, capturing clear notes, coordinating next steps, and working closely with project managers, account teams, and creative partners to maintain momentum and ensure deliverables stay on track.
In this role, you will provide executional support across multiple campaigns and workstreams. Responsibilities include maintaining timelines, organizing action items, documenting meetings, and helping teams stay aligned on priorities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support smooth delivery, clear communication, and strong client service. Because this role focuses heavily on coordination across fast-moving social campaigns, a strong understanding of entertainment marketing workflows is essential.
Here's What You'll Do
Project Coordination & Workflow
  • Manage task lists, deadlines, and project trackers across active campaigns.
  • Support timeline updates and flag risks, blockers, or shifting priorities.
  • Help keep deliverables organized across internal teams and stakeholders.

Meeting & Communication Support
  • Take detailed meeting notes and circulate action items promptly.
  • Track follow-ups and help ensure owners complete next steps on time.
  • Maintain clear communication between project management, account, and creative teams.

Campaign & Account Support
  • Assist with day-to-day support for TV and film social marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with account teams to keep campaign details, assets, and approvals organized.
  • Help prepare materials, updates, and status recaps for internal and client-facing meetings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with creative, social, and production teams to support campaign execution.
  • Ensure project information is accurately documented across shared tools and systems.
  • Contribute to a reliable, detail-oriented workflow in a fast-paced agency environment.

Here's What It Takes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, account support, or campaign operations, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Entertainment experience across film, TV, streaming, or related campaigns strongly preferred.
  • Agency-side experience supporting social media marketing campaigns.
  • Strong task management, organization, and note-taking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, and presentation or documentation tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative working style.
