TheProject Coordinator:

A Project Coordinator at Luminas, LLC is an integral part of a dynamic team and has the opportunity to help grow and build this area of the company. The Project Coordinator will work collaboratively with the client team members to address critical business issues in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, delivering value through providing innovative and actionable solutions to our clients.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Project Scoping
    • Meet with internal team members and external clients to determine project requirements and ensure optimal project expectations
    • Actively partner with internal consulting teams to establish project approach and manage scope from project activation to end delivery
    • Partner with internal team members to create project statements of work and pricing
  • Communication Management and Documentation
    • Help manage and guide project meetings, logistics, timelines, and budgets
    • Develop agendas, communicate/archive meeting outcomes, and track actions until completion
  • Project and resource coordination
    • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to deliver assigned engagements
    • Help coordinate internal resources, clients, and third parties/vendors for successful project execution
    • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget
    • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Support the build out of Luminas project management function
    • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
    • Communicate project management best practices and capabilities to the Luminas organization


Qualifications:

  • Broad understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a support service role
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Solid time management skills
  • Demonstrates ability to work in a collaborative team environment
