Location: Newport Beach, CA Salary: $100.00 USD Hourly - $110.00 USD Hourly Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Project Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure initiatives across Identity & Access Management, End User Services, Information Security, IT Operations, and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure programs and modernization initiatives.
  • Drive project planning, scheduling, risk management, dependency tracking, readiness assessments, cutover planning, and operational handoff.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, operations, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead governance forums, executive updates, stakeholder communications, and steering committee reviews.
  • Ensure solutions are production-ready through service transition, knowledge transfer, and support model alignment.

Required Experience
  • 7+ years of project/program management experience delivering enterprise infrastructure projects.
  • Strong background in two or more areas:
    • Identity Governance (SailPoint, Okta, Entra ID, Delinea)
    • End User Services
    • IT Service Management (ServiceNow)
    • Endpoint Security (CrowdStrike, Defender, ThreatLocker)
    • Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
    • IT Asset Management
    • Access Management Automation
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into executive-level communications and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, ITIL v4, SAFe, CSM, CISSP, CISM, or Security+ certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of Planview, ServiceNow, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft 365.
