Senior Sales Operations Specialist - Miami (Hybrid)

The position supports the sub-region with back-office administration of the sales process, agent lifecycle management, regional sales initiative management, and regional data analytics. The Senior Sales Operations Specialist will be managing all queries from Sales and Agents on day-to-day operational matters. The position reports to the Regional GM.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Western Union will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position. Applicants must be based in Miami or willing to relocate to Miami to work from the Miami office a minimum of three days a week. Western Union will not assist with relocation costs for this position.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Sales team with back-office administration of the sales process, account management, contract renewals and agent interactions.
  • Assist the sales team with pipeline management and updates, updating sales scorecards, managing contract updates, banking and payments setup for new and existing agents.
  • Support the end-to-end life cycle of Western Union, Vigo and OV agents including lead generation & classification, pipeline management, agent enrollment, agent setup, new agent activation, ongoing agent support, agent ownership changes and agent deletion.
  • Track and analyze sales performance and provide recommendations based on data and market intelligence, as well as supporting the sales team with tracking and management of sales initiatives.
  • Engage in proactive collaboration and partnership across the region and functions, as well as the ability to manage multiple data sources.
  • Ensure all activities remain on track and any issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience, preferably in the financial services sector with experience of working in sales supporting functions (reporting, setup, analytics)
  • Able to communicate effectively across cross-functional project teams.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • In depth knowledge of Excel, Power BI and working understanding of Salesforce preferred.
  • Ability to review data and provide meaningful recommendations.
  • Data analytics background is a plus.
  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, ability to earn the trust of leadership and business partners.
  • Strong customer-centric viewpoint while possessing knowledge of other business units for efficiency.
  • Spanish is preferred.

Salary

The base salary range is $90,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus annual incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
