Job Description

Location: Hybrid position based at our headquarters in Ponte Vedra, FL. This position requires 2-3 days per week in the office, with the remaining time worked remotely depending on business needs and team schedules.

We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to serve as a strategic partner to our field sales team and commercial leadership. This role involves leading critical functions such as sales analytics, forecasting, territory planning, compensation modeling, sales incentive program design and support, and quota management.

The Senior Analyst will be a key player in translating data into actionable insights, creating impactful dashboards, reports, and KPIs, and ensuring data integrity across tools and processes. What you will be responsible for: 

Weekly Sales Forecasting & Strategic Alignment - Serve as the primary internal contact for sales forecasting, surgeon-territory alignments, incentive program support, and direct buy activities.

Reporting and Dashboard Development - Design, develop, enhance, and drive adoption of reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Train sales teams on using these tools effectively.

Advanced Sales Data Analysis - Analyze sales data, forecast activity, assess performance, and uncover opportunities. Present findings with actionable recommendations.

Ad Hoc Analysis and Reporting Requests - Manage requests from sales leadership and stakeholders, ensuring accurate, timely, and clear reporting deliverables.

CRM System Optimization - Optimize CRM systems (e.g., AcuityMD), including data governance, process improvements, training, and maintenance.

Pipeline Monitoring and Insights - Monitor sales pipeline activity to provide insights on data integrity, funnel health, and overall effectiveness.

Sales Incentive Program Development - Assist with the design and implementation of sales incentive programs.

AI-Powered Tools Utilization - Leverage AI tools to draft communications, summarize data, and streamline reporting workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with product management, finance, talent acquisition, and commissions teams to improve processes and tools.

Compliance Assurance - Ensure all sales operations comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or relevant master's) is a plus. 

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, business analytics, or a similar role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
