Job description

Position Title: Director of Sales Operations
The organization seeks a high-performance sales leader with a strong background in the Merchant Cash Advance and business funding industry. This role is critical for enhancing the productivity of the existing sales team and focuses on increasing revenue and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with leadership to refine processes, develop sales talent, and ensure the sales team consistently meets high-performance standards. This position requires a leader capable of implementing effective systems and fostering a culture of accountability and growth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a genuine passion for developing others.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 / Year DOE
Director of Sales Operations Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of 18 sales representatives
  • Hold representatives accountable for daily and weekly KPIs
  • Conduct sales meetings, call reviews, and performance coaching
  • Support representatives on live deals and enhance closing performance
  • Implement systems to improve sales processes and execution
  • Oversee CRM usage, reporting, and sales data accuracy
  • Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for increased production
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and developing new sales representatives
  • Build and maintain a structured, high-performance sales culture
  • Actively participate in deal progression and training
  • Focus on increasing average revenue and deal volume per representative

Director of Sales Operations Requirements:
  • Experience with personal production and leadership in the Merchant Cash Advance and business loan sectors
  • Expertise in coaching closers, conducting sales meetings, and improving sales scripts
  • A minimum of four years of closing experience in the MCA field is required
  • Ideally, $15M+ in funded transactions throughout the career
  • Experience managing or leading a team of sales representatives
  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs and production metrics
  • Experience working within a high-volume sales floor environment
  • Salesforce experience is preferred
