Job description

Our client is hiring a Director of Sales Operations to support sales growth, lead conversion, marketing performance, customer acquisition, partnership development, and operational coordination across multiple RV shop locations.

This is a revenue-focused leadership role responsible for improving sales performance, strengthening customer communication, supporting marketing and referral activity, and ensuring sales efforts align with shop capacity and operational needs.

The Director of Sales Operations will work closely with Shop Managers, office staff, and Ownership to support lead management, customer experience, reporting, accountability systems, and continued company growth.

Key Responsibilities

The Director of Sales Operations will be responsible for:

  • Driving sales growth and revenue production across multiple shop locations
  • Managing the sales pipeline from lead generation through close
  • Monitoring lead quality, conversion rates, customer follow-up, and communication standards
  • Supporting marketing initiatives designed to increase lead volume and brand awareness
  • Building and maintaining referral partnerships with vendors, dealerships, insurance contacts, and other business sources
  • Working closely with Shop Managers to align sales activity with production scheduling and shop capacity
  • Tracking KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve sales performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency
  • Reviewing CRM activity, sales reporting, marketing performance, and customer communication accuracy
  • Supporting company SOPs, office processes, customer service standards, and accountability systems
  • Providing Ownership with accurate reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, marketing results, partnership activity, revenue trends, and operational concerns
  • Identifying training needs within sales, office, and customer service teams
  • Supporting coaching, staff accountability, and professional communication standards
Performance Expectations

The right candidate will be expected to maintain strong sales follow-up, improve lead conversion, support measurable revenue growth, and help strengthen customer experience across assigned locations.

This role requires someone who can take ownership of sales activity, marketing follow-through, customer communication, CRM usage, reporting, and operational accountability. The Director of Sales Operations should be comfortable working in a performance-driven environment where communication, results, and accountability are closely monitored.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have experience in sales leadership, operations, business development, customer service management, or a related leadership role.
