  • Convey Platform Oversight & System Integrity
  • Serve as primary operational owner of the Convey platform to ensure broker readiness compliance and compensation alignment
  • Conduct structured daily system reviews to identify and resolve system errors
  • Audit broker records to ensure accuracy in payment configuration and hierarchy structure
  • Escalate system defects and coordinate resolution with vendors, IT and leadership
  • Maintain operational accountability during the duration of vendor contracts and system transitions
  • Implement structured workflows and assign clear ownership to operational staff
  • Enrollment Processing & Connecture Application Oversight
  • Oversee submission tracking and reconciliation of broker-submitted applications through Connecture and related enrollment systems
  • Ensure applications are processed efficiently from submission to member ID assignment
  • Monitor MAP enrollment workflows and identify opportunities to improve turnaround time and operational efficiency
  • Assist operational staff responsible for application tracking and enrollment support
  • Identify enrollment bottlenecks and implement corrective action processes
  • Ensure accurate documentation and status tracking of all submitted enrollments
  • Broker Payment Oversight & Compensation Alignment
  • Ensure brokers are properly configured within compensation and payment systems to prevent payment delays or errors
  • Review compensation data and enrollment records to ensure payment accuracy
  • Participate in broker payment reconciliation meetings or provide structured reporting oversight
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies including hierarchy errors and enrollment misalignment
  • Collaborate with Finance
  • Compliance and leadership to maintain compensation accuracy
  • Maintain working knowledge of broker compensation structures and system dependencies
  • Operational Process Management & Accountability
  • Responsible for operational workflows and accountability standards across broker operations

  • Ensure timely resolution of broker operational concerns
  • Support development and implementation of broker-facing tracking tools and platforms
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate closely with: Broker Sales Leadership, Finance and Commissions Team, Compliance Department, Salesforce, IT and Systems Teams
  • External platform vendors (Convey Connecture)
  • Ensure operational alignment between systems, teams and business objectives
  • Provide operational reporting and updates to leadership
  • Operational Risk Management & Continuous Improvement

Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Healthcare Administration or related field)
  • 5+ years of experience in broker operations, sales operations or healthcare insurance operations
