HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

The Sales Operations Program Manager is responsible for delivering actionable insights and operational support to the sales organization. This role combines data analytics, market intelligence, and reporting expertise to drive informed decision-making and optimize sales performance. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining sales performance dashboards, conducting market and competitive analysis, and delivering actionable reports to stakeholders. This position supports internal and external business reviews, manages distributor channel data and onboarding, and ensures smooth execution of sales administration processes. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

  • Sales Reporting & Data Analytics: Develops, maintains, and enhances sales dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports. Proactively analyzes data to identify trends, answer stakeholder questions, and deliver actionable insights that support sales strategy and decision‑making. Responds to ad hoc reporting needs and ensures accuracy and consistency across all sales data assets.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conducts market, competitive, and claims data analysis to monitor industry trends and inform sales and marketing strategies. Provides insights on market size, segmentation, and competitive positioning to support business planning
  • Business Review & Operational Reporting Support: Prepares data and reporting templates for internal business reviews, finance updates, distributor meetings, and customer‑facing presentations. Maintains tools used by field sales teams and tracks progress toward goals, sales drivers, and strategic initiatives.
  • Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency: Builds and maintains scalable processes using continuous improvement and lean methodologies. Streamlines reporting, data flows, and administrative processes to improve efficiency across the sales operations function
  • Distributor & Sales Administration Support: Supports the 1099 distributor channel by maintaining reporting systems, coordinating onboarding, ensuring contract compliance, and tracking performance. Serves as a point of contact for sales administration activities, including coordination with customers, field teams, and internal partners (e.g., trunk stock, consignment processes

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or related degree.
  • Three (3) years’ experience in sales operations or sales enablement or related role

Preferred

  • Five (5) years in Sales operations or sales enablement or related role
  • One (1) year of medical device experience or other healthcare environment

 Key Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

 

  • Communication & Presentation: Written, verbal and presentation. Ability to engage, inspire and

Influence. Ability to communicate and present cross-functionally and to executive-level leadership.

  • Analytical: Ability to successfully gather and evaluate pertinent information to draw conclusions and identify potential trends. Comfortable working with large data sets, conducting complex analysis, converting results into actionable business insights.
  • Attention to detail: Able to perform tasks thoroughly and with care. Checks work to ensure high degree of accuracy/completeness and early/on-time delivery
  • Computer: Proficient in MS Office. Strong skills in Excel and/or Power BI.
  • Organization and Time Management: Ability to work in an organized fashion. Ability to multitask and handle multiple simultaneous projects, be self-motivated and proactive.
  • Project Management Ability to manage projects cross-departmentally. Solve problems and improve processes.

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $66,000 -$88,000

Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience.
