Director of Sales – Willow Towers Assisted Living United Hebrew is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Director of Sales to lead occupancy growth for our Willow Towers Assisted Living community in New Rochelle, NY.Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this leadership role is responsible for managing the full sales and admissions process, from initial inquiry through move-in. The Director of Sales will develop strategic outreach initiatives, cultivate referral relationships, conduct personalized community tours, and provide exceptional guidance to prospective residents and their families throughout the decision-making process.
