A Sr. Sales Operations Analyst collects, cleans, and interprets complex sales data to identify trends, enhance performance, and drive revenue growth. They create actionable reports, build dashboards, and support forecasting, enabling sales teams and management to make data-driven decisions. The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst must be able to demonstrate critical analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. They must possess strong abilities to understand, manage, and measure complex data across multiple teams, resulting in actionable strategies, driving revenue and growth through advanced analytics, forecasting, and visualizations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administration, optimization and integration of sales tools (i.e. CRM, Experlogix, PowerBI) to support a modern, efficient and data driven sales organization.
  • Manage CRM data governance across all sales functions.
  • Manage the development and delivery of key reporting functions including forecasting, pipeline health, win/loss and dashboards.
  • Support Sales Vice Presidents and Sales Directors in producing monthly and quarterly sales forecast reports.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across the sales lifecycle to increase efficiency and improve data accuracy.
  • Assist in annual planning for territory assignments and quota setting.
  • Provide operational support for key GTM initiatives.
  • Data Quality – Assist sales executives with ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of sales forecast data.
  • Revenue Growth: Directly influences sales outcomes by providing data-driven insights that improve revenue growth and sales strategies.
  • Actionable Insights: Translates complex data sets into clear, understandable reports for stakeholders.
  • Strategic Decision Support: Enables sales management to make informed decisions regarding targets, territories, and sales compensation.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitors KPIs to ensure the sales team is meeting or exceeding targets.
Qualifications
  • BS in a related field or comparable business experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales support, experience or similar position, including data analysis and processes optimization.
  • Experience with Microsoft tools, including but not limited to:
    • Microsoft Suite
    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Sharepoint
    • PowerBI
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment (both independently and as a team player).
  • 10% travel required for team meetings.
  • If located within 50 miles of a main Tyler Technologies office – Hybrid role. This requires a minimum of three business days in the office per week.
  • If located more than 50 miles from a main Tyler Technologies office – Fully remote role.
