Bring advanced technical capability and operational independence to a multi-year state telecommunications initiative. Working with minimal supervision and high initiative, this senior engagement handles complex work order processing, technical escalations, and CCTS database maintenance, serving as a subject matter resource for high-priority agency accounts across the Capitol Complex.
The Team You Will Be Joining
Serving as the central technology authority for the state, this agency sets statewide IT policies, manages cybersecurity infrastructure, and oversees digital government services. Additionally, it leverages collective purchasing power to negotiate master contracts, allowing state agencies, local governments, and educational entities to efficiently acquire technology products and services.
Major Duties
- Serve as lead liaison for major state agencies, managing end-to-end processing for high-priority or complex CCTS voice service work orders.
- Execute advanced administration in Cisco telephony databases, Net Plus, and CTS Tele-Management software to assign TSR numbers and manage complex MACD workflows.
- Analyze work order metrics, billing code assignments, and database accuracy to recommend operational improvements.
- Resolve escalated technical or administrative telecommunications issues independently before escalating to CCTS Management.
- Manage voicemail database administrative workflows and support agency call center/ACD routing setups as required.
- Mentor junior specialists on CCTS database procedures, line routing workflows, and agency SLA compliance.
What are we looking for?
- Telecom Experience: 5+ years in enterprise telecommunications operations, voice database administration, or work order management.
- Systems Mastery: 3+ years directly administering Cisco telephony databases, Net Plus, or CTS platforms.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Skill in Tier-2/Tier-3 technical troubleshooting, work order metric analysis, and auditing database accuracy.
- Leadership & SLA Management: Ability to manage high-volume operational demands independently, mentor team members, and manage state agency SLA relationships.
