Titan Factory Direct is looking for a detail-oriented Office/Operations Manager who thrives on structure, accuracy, and follow-through. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating people, managing processes, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.
What You'll Do
  • Manage daily office operations for a busy home sales center
  • Coordinate contracts, loan processing, and customer files
  • Schedule contractors, deliveries, and installations
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with customers, lenders, manufacturers, and vendors
  • Keep projects moving from contract to closing
What We're Looking For
  • Office management or operations experience required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
