Job description

Business Office Manager Assistant

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm

Victorian Post Acute Full-Time | $21-$23 per hour

Victorian Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and organized Business Office Manager Assistant to support the daily administrative and business office operations of our facility. This role works closely with the Administrator, Director of Nursing, and Business Office Manager to ensure efficient office operations while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily administrative operations, office organization, and business office functions.

  • Provide clerical and accounting support, including cash receipts, data entry, recordkeeping, and meeting minutes.

  • Support human resources and payroll activities as needed.

  • Maintain office supplies, administrative records, incident reports, and facility documentation.

  • Foster positive relationships with staff, residents, families, and community partners while serving as a professional representative of the facility.

  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality requirements, HIPAA regulations, and facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative, business office, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

  • Knowledge of payroll, accounting, or HR processes is a plus.
