JOB SUMMARY
The Field Communications & Operations Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and administration of communications and operational programs for store teams across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between the Home Office and stores by coordinating field communications, managing communication platforms, supporting reporting and analytics, and overseeing operational supply processes. The coordinator partners closely with cross-functional teams and field leadership to deliver timely information, drive operational execution, and enhance the Team Member experience.
WORK LOCATION DETAILS
Work Location: Home Office - Coppell, TX
Work Schedule: Hybrid
  • Onsite: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
  • Work from Home: Mondays and Fridays

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Communications Support
  • Assist in compiling and organizing weekly field communications, tasks, and operational updates for distribution to store teams.
  • Draft and edit communications, task instructions, and supporting materials using approved company templates and communication standards.
  • Support the development and formatting of weekly newsletters and communication campaigns.
  • Ensure communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with company branding and messaging standards.
  • WorkJam & Communication Platform Administration
  • Administer and maintain communication platforms, including user management, content publishing, troubleshooting, and support for field users.
  • Support the distribution of field communications, tasks, and surveys through approved communication channels.
  • Monitor communication engagement and reporting metrics and provide summaries to leadership.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Maintain communication trackers and project documentation.
  • Compile communication metrics, survey results, and engagement data for reporting purposes.
  • Assist in tracking workload impact and communication effectiveness.
  • Analyze communication engagement trends and identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness and field adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Coordinate communication requests from business partners across Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, Human Resources, and Learning & Development.
  • Gather information and supporting materials needed for field communications.
  • Support communication planning for store initiatives, seasonal programs, and special projects.
  • Project & Event Support
  • Assist with communications related to new store openings, company events, and major operational initiatives.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, leader briefs, conference materials, and store meeting resources.
  • Coordinate communication timelines and follow-up activities for assigned projects.
  • Supply & Resource Management
  • Manage and maintain inventory of Store Operations-related supplies and materials.
  • Coordinate the ordering, tracking, storage, and distribution of supplies for store operations, new store openings, and special projects.
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, and vendors to ensure timely replenishment of materials while adhering to budget guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor supply usage to ensure operational readiness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve supply management processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

  • Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting communications, retail operations, project coordination, or related business functions.
  • Experience supporting communication projects or content development preferred.
  • Experience managing supplies, inventory, vendor relationships, or event logistics preferred.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
