Qualification

  • 3-7 years warehouse / operations management experience in consumer or commercial electronics, ITAD, reverse logistics, or refurbishment environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of electronic devices lifecycle: laptops, desktops, mobile devices, enterprise servers, and telecom equipment
  • Experience managing multi-function operations (receiving, grading, testing, teardown, inventory control, outbound logistics)
  • Familiar with ERP / WMS systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Understanding of data security and compliance requirements (R2, data wiping standards preferred)
  • Experience with KPI-driven operations (throughput, yield, recovery value, inventory accuracy)
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred (for workforce communication)
  • Proven team leadership experience (20-50+ employees across shifts)
  • Lean / Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience is a strong plus

Responsible

  • Manage end-to-end warehouse and production operations including receiving, sorting, testing, data wiping, teardown, grading, and shipping
  • Drive daily operational planning to meet volume, turnaround time, and customer SLA requirements
  • Monitor and improve key metrics: productivity, recovery rate, processing accuracy, and on-time shipment
  • Lead and develop supervisors and team leads; ensure proper staffing, training, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA), environmental regulations, and ITAD certifications (R2 / ISO standards)
  • Oversee inventory control processes including reconciliation, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigation
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and finance teams to align operational output with business goals and resale channels
  • Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives (layout optimization, labor efficiency, automation opportunities)
  • Manage vendor relationships (transportation, recycling downstream vendors, equipment suppliers)
  • Support customer audits and provide operational data/reporting as required

  • Achieve daily and weekly throughput targets aligned with customer SLAs
  • Maintain inventory accuracy 98-99% across all product categories
  • Improve recovery value and reduce scrap rate through better grading and processing controls
