Equipped is a growing property management technology company helping landlords manage rentals through one platform. Our software simplifies tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Operations Specialist to support daily business operations, customer support, contractor coordination, quality assurance, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor platform performance and report bugs or operational issues.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on platform features and workflows.
  • Assist landlords and tenants with account, payment, and maintenance-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate communication between property owners, tenants, and contractors.
  • Track maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support contractor onboarding and vendor management.
  • Compile operational reports and business performance data.
  • Maintain internal documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and contractors.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, customer service, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
