Job description

  • The Operations team coordinates and executes day to day operations of order processing, returns from customer, inventory, logistics.
  •  Manage in-person front desk inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • As a team member, you will collaborate and support various functions within the Operations.
  • Receive product from vendors and other locations, confirm accuracy and enter information in the ERP within specific procedures and protocol.
  • Assist with order fulfillment, customer return processing, repair jobs management preparing and shipping & packaging customer orders as per requirements and standards.
  • Communicate and work cross-functionally with other teams regarding customer timelines.
Specific qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter who has a lot of enthusiasm and drive, is credible and able to liaise with people at all levels.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Eye for Details.
