Job description

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn? We are seeking a motivated individual to support our operations and administrative teams in a part-time role. This is a perfect opportunity for a current college student or someone starting their career in business administration to gain valuable, hands-on experience.

You will be a key player in keeping our team organized and efficient. You’ll help with supplier communications, prepare documents, track orders and invoices, and ensure our records are always up-to-date.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with communications to suppliers to check on order status.

  • Help create and track purchase orders and vendor invoices.

  • Organize and maintain contract folders (certifications, test reports, drawings, etc.).

  • Support the shipping team by preparing labels and gathering necessary documents.

  • Update company logs for shipments, invoices, and payments.

  • Handle general administrative tasks like data entry and ordering office supplies.
