Position Title: Operations Executive

Qualifications:

· Detail oriented, Self-motivated, Exceptional problem-solving skills

· Must know how to use and organize Microsoft Word, Excel.

· Fluent in English (written and spoken)

· Exceptional listening, verbal and written skills

Responsibilities:

· Perform daily air/ocean export operations cycles; operations’ data entries, coordination/document preparation, daily shipment tracking, daily clients, vendors and oversea offices coordination and communications; also include invoicing, vendor cost approval, Custom filing and close shipment files.

· Inspect cargo conditions, irregularities and verify cargo shipping marks physically at warehouse.Perform daily air/ocean export operations cycles; operations’ data entries, coordination/document preparation, daily shipment tracking, daily clients, vendors and oversea offices coordination and communications; also include invoicing, vendor cost approval, Custom filing and close shipment files.

· Provide customer support to all vendors, suppliers, agents and government agencies to facilitate the air/ocean exports objective while ensuring accurate accounting functions relating to the billing, distribution and collection of funds.

· Review all documents, contact all first-time customers and handle other tasks as needed.

· Establish, maintain and update account profiles/SOPs/rates adjustment to improve operation efficiency, service quality, and protect profitability of each shipment/consolidation.

· Act as in-house customer supports and coordinate all rate quotations to clients, overseas offices, and agents.

· Coordinate and communicate cross activities internally and externally, such as operations, customer services, sales and financial matters…etc.

· Maintain and establish local carriers/vendors relationship and cost negotiation to improve operating costs and maximize profitability.

· Comply Dimerco operation and system requirements, plus export government security and transportation regulations, such as TSA and US Customs filings but not limited to those.

· Report and coordinate with cargo claim process and filing.

· Perform and coordinate 3PB (triangle trade) and CC (brokerage) arrangements and invoicing.

· Be the assist to other departments when there is a need;

· Research and resolve daily operational problems;

· Support to management in business development and internal promotion with overseas offices and agents to improve business volume.

· Other tasks assigned by management.
