We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and ambitious Executive Business Partner to support our CEO and executive leadership team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants the opportunity to contribute to and to broaden their exposure  to healthcare business operations, executive decision making, cross functional projects, and company strategy in a fast-paced environment.

This is not a traditional administrative assistant role. You'll work closely with leadership to help keep priorities organized, initiatives moving forward, and communication flowing across the company. You'll gain visibility into how executive teams operate while building experience across operations, project management, strategic planning, and AI-enabled productivity. We're looking for an Executive Business Partner who can contribute to our continued success by being the connective tissue between strategy and execution.

We are looking for someone based in Phoenix, AZ, San Antonio, TX, or Austin, TX. This is a remote role with up to 30% travel across the United States.

Responsibilities:

Executive Partnership & Leadership Support

  • Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to help manage priorities, improve follow-through, and maintain alignment across key initiatives
  • Prepare executives for leadership meetings, board discussions, offsites, and strategic planning sessions through agendas, briefing materials, research, and decision support
  • Capture and track action items, decisions, and follow-up commitments from executive meetings
  • Coordinate communication and execution across leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, travel coordination, and executive logistics with a strong focus on prioritization and efficiency

Strategic Execution & Operations

  • Support the execution of company priorities and cross-functional initiatives by helping organize timelines, milestones, owners, and deliverables
  • Build and maintain tracking systems, dashboards, and recurring operating cadences for leadership initiatives and company goals
  • Monitor progress against priorities and proactively surface risks, delays, or gaps
  • Coordinate across departments to help ensure accountability, follow-through, and timely execution
  • Support leadership offsites, quarterly planning processes, company meetings, and operational reviews

Executive Productivity & Efficiency

  • Help identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to improve executive productivity and operational efficiency
  • Support leadership in adopting practical AI workflows for meeting preparation, research, summarization, drafting, and organization
  • Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and recommend tools or process improvements that enhance speed, quality, and execution across the organization
  • Anticipate needs, identify operational gaps, and proactively remove friction from executive workflows
  • Assist in improving internal workflows, communication processes, and organizational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-5 years of experience in executive support, executive business partner, business operations, consulting, project management, strategy, or similar roles
  • Proven ability to operate in a highly organized and detail-oriented manner while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce information clearly and professionally
  • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to work effectively across teams and senior stakeholders
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Interest in business operations, executive leadership, strategy, or entrepreneurship
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot preferred
  • Experience with, Microsoft Office, Asana, Monday.com, or similar collaboration tools
