Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Wire Operations & Member Services Specialist to support daily financial operations. This role is responsible for processing domestic and international wire transfers, assisting customers with digital banking services, maintaining account records, completing operational reporting, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate thrives in a deadline-driven environment and is committed to delivering accurate, compliant, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process domestic and international wire transfers while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete transaction verification, fraud prevention measures, and required compliance screenings before processing wire requests.
  • Assist customers with online banking, debit card inquiries, live chat support, and interactive teller services.
  • Monitor overdrawn and low-balance accounts by conducting research, communicating with customers, and performing account maintenance as needed.
  • Prepare recurring operational reports, audits, reconciliations, and other assigned processing tasks.
  • Support administrative functions including document scanning, electronic document processing, digital record maintenance, and card-related requests.
  • Respond to internal staff and customer requests related to account services, payment limits, courtesy pay, and travel notifications.
  • Cross-train within the department and provide backup support during peak workloads or employee absences.
  • Complete additional operational or administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
