Job description

Mayvin is seeking a Senior Analyst to provide senior analytical leadership to the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW (R&E)) in support of the Mission Capabilities Prototyping and Experiments portfolio. The Senior Analyst develops high quality, decision ready analyses and written products for complex, multi domain technology efforts, working primarily at Government sites in the National Capital Region.

This position is pending contract award.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have a Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) with SAP eligibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical analysis and documentation for prototypes and experiments; produce Concepts of Operations, lessons learned, and technical reports to capture operational utility and gaps
  • Prepare weekly activity reports and Monthly Status Reports; maintain deliverable quality and timeliness in accordance with the Quality Control Program and the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan and the Task Order Deliverables Schedule
  • Provide clear, concise executive level briefings and written summaries suitable for senior Pentagon stakeholders, aligned to Government formatting requirements
  • Support coordination with stakeholders and maintain professional identification and conduct while on Government premises
  • Adhere to place of performance, telework approvals, hours of operation, holidays, and security requirements as defined in the contract

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in engineering or physical sciences. Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or master’s degree in a related field
  •  Minimum of fifteen (15) years experience managing SAP projects and five (5) years experience in the analysis and demonstration of technical capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience managing technology applications related to SAP projects
  • Minimum of ten (10) years experience executing the following: analysis, assessment, demonstration, testing, and/or experimentation of technical capabilities
  • Minimum of ten (10) years experience supporting the analysis, assessment, demonstration, testing, and/or experimentation of SAP capabilities and technologies
  • Minimum of eight (8) years experience researching and integrating technologies that support the SAP security processes
  • Military or DoW experience
