Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Operations Analyst opportunities in Addison, TX (Hybrid). โ€ข Shift: Monday โ€“ Friday; 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM
โ€ข Hybrid work environment (Addison, TX)

Responsibilities for an Operations Analyst include but are not limited to:

โ€ข Execute and oversee alternative investment transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and trade corrections with a high degree of accuracy
โ€ข Perform back-office order entry, fund-level reporting, and break resolution while ensuring adherence to fund schedules and deadlines
โ€ข Review and validate client documentation for subscriptions, tenders, transfers, and re-registrations to ensure compliance and completeness
โ€ข Conduct peer quality checks and collaborate cross-functionally to support trade execution, money movement instructions, and operational excellence

Candidates for Operations Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

โ€ข 1โ€“3 years of prior operations experience in financial services or investment operations
โ€ข Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to analyze data and reconcile discrepancies
