Responsibilities for an Operations Analyst include but are not limited to:
Monitor trading operations workflow and ensure daily deadlines are achieved for trade execution, booking client allocations, and processing corporate action elections.
Ensure trades executed by Financial Advisors and Investment Managers are booked accurately and timely to client accounts while maintaining a strong control environment.
Pull reports, analyze data, and prepare metrics, statistics, and operational reporting using Excel tools including pivot tables and formulas.
Identify operational risks, perform quality assurance reviews, escalate issues appropriately, and document findings and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
Candidates for Operations Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Minimum of two years of broker-dealer operations experience with knowledge of operational controls, quality assurance, and trade processing workflows.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, and running saved macros.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience reviewing documentation, identifying errors, and implementing sustainable solutions.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively in a team environment.
Must be eligible to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay Details: $22.12 to $23.44 per hour
