Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Operations Analyst opportunities in Addison, TX. Responsibilities for an Operations Analyst include but are not limited to:
  • Process transactional exceptions and support Alternative Investments operations, including Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Managed Futures, Exchange Funds, and Precious Metals.

  • Review, approve, and execute subscription, redemption, dividend, registration, transfer, and re-registration requests while maintaining adherence to fund schedules.

  • Perform back-office order entry, trade execution, trade corrections, break resolution, and fund-level reporting activities.

  • Conduct document reviews, money movement instructions, and peer quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with operational procedures.

Candidates for Operations Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • 1โ€“3 years of operations experience, preferably within financial services, wealth management, or investment operations.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze data and produce accurate reporting.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and perform effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while achieving individual goals.
