Job Description
Basic Purpose
Under general direction of the Park Manager, the Front Office Customer Service Representative uses the reservation system to make/edit/cancel reservations, check-in/check-out guests, collects campsite and parking fees, assists with cleaning office area, assists with stocking resale merchandised and monthly inventory, and provides information about park facilities, local amenities, and upcoming activities in the area.
Typical Functions
  • Helps guests with campsite reservations and assist guests with parking fees.
  • Responsible for collecting fees and processing credit cards in the office.
  • Provide Park information to guests.
  • Performs other duties as assigned when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Knowledge of basic arithmetic and money handling.
  • Must be able to learn the reservation system and operate it under little to no supervision.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Must be comfortable working with smart phones/technology.
  • Must possess customer service skills and ability to communicate with a variety of people.
Special Requirements
  • Scheduled hours will require flexibility, including holidays, weekends, or events, based on the needs of the agency.
  • All candidates tentatively selected for this position will be subject to a background check.
