About the Role

Weโ€™re looking for a customer-focused, solutions-driven Customer Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, youโ€™ll support order management, resolve issues, and build strong customer relationships while partnering with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, orders, and support

  • Provide timely, accurate, and solutions-oriented service

  • Build strong customer relationships and understand needs and goals

  • Identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and grow business

  • Enter, manage, and track customer orders

  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
