Job Opportunity

We are looking for someone who is a people person with an outgoing personality. Someone who could serve as the primary business contact for the client and assist in managing accounts, relations, and sales. They are expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.

We are hiring for individuals who have a background in either customer service or sales. We fully train, so experience in our industry is not required. If you work hard and show that you are serious, we do have advancement opportunities. We pride ourselves in great company culture and leadership programs with constant mentorship to help our managers develop themselves into stronger team leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales and customer accounts.
  • Work with new and existing customers that inquire about service promotions.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all products, pricing, and competitive offers.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Attend training sessions to grow knowledge of product and to develop customer service skills.
  • Forward and escalate inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
  • Identify customer needs and maintain confidentiality of information.
