Seasonal Customer Service Representative
Location: Novato, CA - In Person
Position Type: Full Time Limited Term / Seasonal (June - August)
Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our AI call operations during the summer months. This temporary role will focus on assisting with AI-generated customer interactions, reviewing call workflows, and handling repetitive administrative and customer service tasks that support daily operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and customer communication in a fast-paced environment.
What Will You Do?
  • Monitor and review AI-assisted customer calls for accuracy and quality
  • Assist with routine follow-up tasks related to customer interactions
  • Handle repetitive administrative and data-entry duties efficiently
  • Escalate customer concerns or technical issues when needed
  • Support internal teams by documenting customer feedback and trends
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling customer information
  • Assist with updating records, notes, and call outcomes within company systems
  • Help improve workflow efficiency by identifying recurring issues or process gaps
