Part-Time Weekend Call Center Representative

Saturday & Sunday Only | $21 - $24/hour + Commission & Bonus Opportunities

Are you looking for a part-time opportunity with a growing company that values customer service and teamwork? Cregger is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and creating positive experiences while working a consistent weekend schedule.

As a Call Center Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting both existing and prospective customers. You'll answer inbound calls, assist with scheduling and customer inquiries, provide outstanding service, and help customers find the solutions they need. Your ability to communicate effectively and deliver an exceptional customer experience will directly contribute to our continued success.

2+ years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred) Experience with ServiceTitan or the home services industry is a plus, but not required Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and CRM applications Excellent listening skills and a customer-first mindset Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to build rapport and establish positive customer relationships Strong time management and organizational skills Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
