The Ecommerce Detail Assistant supports the Ecommerce Merchandising team to ensure accurate, timely, and compelling product presentation across digital channels. This role is responsible for maintaining product data integrity, coordinating sample and content workflows, and supporting ecommerce launches, promotions, and site updates. The Ecommerce Detail Assistant partners closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure products are properly set up, activated, and optimized for online sales.

Category Coordination

Weekly update and maintenance of ecommerce logs and trackers

Setup sku's, descriptions, retails and packaging attributes

Vendor communications related to ecommerce and omnichannel product needs

Responsible for vendor samples and vault integrity, including live merchandise used for ecommerce needs

Responsible for annual sample inventory

Support ecommerce product setup and content needs

Updates departmental reporting, including data supporting ecommerce initiatives

Actively participates in department trend discussions, ideation of new concepts, and creation of trend boards to support digital merchandising

Works on special projects as assigned

Assortment / Inventory Management

Manages and facilitates buyer sample process

Responsible for submission of buyer selected product for advertising needs

Partners with cross-functional teams to prepare product for Executive level meetings

Manages the physical inventory process for multimillion dollar buyer location, including reconciling variances that may impact ecommerce availability

Collaboration

Consistent communication and follow through with internal business partners (sample room, DC, MRPC, AP, QA, and Ecommerce)

Responsible for vendor samples and vault integrity, including live merchandise supporting ecommerce workflows

Responsible for annual Buyer cart sample inventory reconciling product variances with the Sample Room team

Updates departmental reporting

Supports omnichannel operations by collaborating with the Ecommerce Site team product is accurately added and maintained on the website
